Lodging: The Kalahari has offered attendees of the Wisconsin Ground Water Conference the following rates:
$109 Single or Double Occupancy-Standard
(For those wishing to stay through the weekend, the Saturday night rate will be $179)
Reservations must be made by calling the hotel directly at 1-877-253-5466.
Room rates are only available until Sunday, December 10, 2007.
When calling for reservations please ask for the Wisconsin Waterwell Association 2008 room block.
PLEASE NOTE: Reservations made after December 10, 2007 will run the risk of an increased room rate or the unavailability of rooms. Check in will be at 4:00 p.m. and checkout will be at 12:00pm.
Networking
Breakfast : We will once again hold a breakfast buffet. This buffet is designed to give you additional face to face time with convention attendees. This breakfast will begin at 7:30am and run until 8:45am on Thursday, January 17, 2008. Registration for this breakfast is included in your booth fee.
Exhibitor Booth: Each 8x10 booth will be supplied with an 8-foot draped/skirted table, one 8-foot backdrop with 3-foot side drapes and two chairs. A booth sign displaying the company name is provided. It is critical that your company name is printed legible, as this information is provided to Valley Expo for sign printing. Booth spaces are reserved on a first come first serve basis. A map indicating reserved spaces will be posted on the WWWA website and updated as spaces are reserved. (www.wisconsinwaterwell.com)
Rig: Each exhibitor registering to bring a rig onsite, must comply with all rules set forth by the Kalahari. A copy of these rules will be included in your exhibitor packet. Please verify that your display will not violate any of these rules. Any violations that result in a fee will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
Electricity: All orders for electricity must be placed directly with Valley Expo. Order forms will be included in your packet. Please note that additional charges are applied if the service is not ordered in advance.
Telephone: All orders for telephone lines must be placed directly with Valley Expo.

Internet: All orders for Internet access must be placed directly with Valley Expo. Order forms will be included in your packet. Please note that additional charges are applied if the service is not ordered in advance.
Set Up: Set up will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 and then again from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 on Thursday January 17, 2008. Staff from Valley Expo will be on site during these times. The exhibit hall will open at 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm and then open, again at 7:00 am on Friday, January 18, 2007 until 10:00am.
Tear Down: Tear down will begin at 10:00am on Friday, January 18, 2007. Valley Expo will again be onsite at this time.
Freight: Freight must be assigned and addressed to the Wisconsin Water Well Association Show. All freight will be assessed a storage and handling fee of $100 per item. This fee is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
