Become a Sponsor
The Wisconsin Water Well Association will hold its annual Ground Water Conference on 16-17, January, 2008. The event will be held at the Kalahari Resort, Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
Our conference has become a wonderful opportunity for you to spend quality time with our members. We would like to enhance the convention experience for both you and our attendees. By offering additional events and implementing a stronger marketing strategy we foresee a higher number of registrations.
Through a new sponsor program, Associate members are now able to purchase sponsorship packages which will help support new events at our conference. Those companies purchasing Platinum and Diamond sponsorships will be given the opportunity to choose their exhibit booth location prior to the opening of the exhibit registration.
New events will include a sponsored breakfast, a sponsored cocktail reception following the WWWA annual membership meeting, additional door prizes and speakers.
The packages can be purchased at any point during the year. However, by purchasing the package earlier in the year your company will receive recognition for the entire year. Packages are available immediately. There are no set number of packages.

$3000 Diamond Sponsorship:
- Recognition in the WWWA Newsletter (6 Issues)
- Recognition in the Technical Guide
- Recognition at the WI Ground Water Conference

- A link on the WWWA web site to your company
- Complimentary booth
- Preferential booth placement
Sponsorship funds will be used to sponsor such events as a member breakfast, member luncheon, featured speakers, cocktail reception and dinner.
A Diamond sponsorship will give you the most superior coverage. ( fliers, newsletters, technical guide, web site and on location billing) This sponsorship will put your company name front and center at all sponsored events. You will receive a credit towards your booth fees and you booth will receive preferential placement. Recognition on our web site with the ability for your company to link to ours is also included in this package. You will receive a Certificate of Appreciation and a sign for your booth* indicating that your company is a sponsor. Signs will also be placed throughout the convention center indicating our sponsors.
This sponsorship is good one year from the date that the sponsorship form and payment is received. Sponsorships will not automatically renew.
* You need not purchase a booth to become a sponsor. Your credit may be used towards dues if you decide not to purchase a booth.

$2000 Platinum Sponsorship:

- $200.00 credit towards Exhibitor Registration
- Preferential booth placement

Signs will also be placed throughout the convention center indicating our sponsors.

Silver Sponsorship $500:
